brand strategy • identity design • website design
Founded on feminist principles in 1979, Women Illawarra has been at the forefront of Wollongong’s campaign and advocacy for women’s issues, including health, housing and domestic violence services. Their services support women towards self-determination by providing knowledge, skills and opportunities for personal growth.
AMORA led the team at Women Illawarra through a complete re-branding process. The creative journey included a deep dive into the organisation’s values and history, with a shared vision to design a brand that honours the organisation’s legacy of 40 years, while inviting a fresh new identity that inspires positive change and a self-sustainable future.
The project included creative strategy sessions, brand strategy development, identity design, campaign collateral design and website design. Along with the visual identity, we developed a robust brand strategy to guide the design process and bring stakeholders on board. A values-based brand rooted in strategy offers clarity and trust in the transition into a new brand.
