Sanctum Psychology is a richly textured and dynamic approach to therapy, and aims to nurture human wellbeing by supporting all aspects of one’s self towards greater wholeness. Founder Ashra Sherwood embraces a broad therapeutic framework, with elements of Depth Psychology, Existential Psychology, Ecopsychology, Somatic Psychology, and Neuroaesthetics.
Inspired by Nature’s mysterious whispers, the visual identity of Sanctum Psychology was the result of an intimate creative collaboration with founder Ashra Sherwood. The choice of images, textures and palette reflect the archetypal connection between the different therapeutic modalities that inform Sanctum’s message and approach.
The project involved the creation of a complete visual identity and website design, reflecting a meaningful visioning process that helped Ashra unlock her creative strategy and authentic brand positioning within the mental health and holistic wellness arena.
